Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Real Estate Caddy at caddycrm.com (“Caddy,” “the App”). They are between you and KBC GROUP LLC (“we,” “us”), the company that created and operates the App. By opening a desk you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Caddy.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate sign-up information.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your desk, including teammates you share it with.
• A solo agent or a whole team can use one desk for one monthly price.

Your data

The contacts, notes and listings you add belong to you. We store them only to run the service for you, and we don’t sell them. You are responsible for having permission to store your clients’ information and for following real estate, privacy and anti-spam rules when you contact people.

Plans and pricing

• Agents who sign up by October 31, 2026 are free until further notice. After that, the plan is $15 per month.
• Each desk holds up to 500 contacts.
• We will give notice by email before any price change.

Fair use

Don’t use Caddy to send spam, break the law, or try to access another agent’s data. We may suspend desks that do.

Fair housing

KBC GROUP LLC does not discriminate in access to the App based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or any other group protected by the Fair Housing Act. You are responsible for your own compliance when you use the App.

No guarantees

Caddy is provided “as is” by KBC GROUP LLC. Reminders and alerts are helpers, not a replacement for your own calendar and contract deadlines. KBC GROUP LLC is not responsible for lost contacts, a glitch, leaked information, or how you use what you store here. To the extent the law allows, the liability of KBC GROUP LLC is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending your account

You can stop using Caddy at any time. Email us and we’ll help you export or delete your data.
