This page explains, in plain language, what Real Estate Caddy (caddycrm.com) collects and how we use it. The app was created and is operated by KBC GROUP LLC (“we,” “us”).

What we collect

• Your account details: name, email, phone and brokerage info you enter.
• The data you put in your desk: contacts, notes, listings, tasks and transactions.
• Mail settings you choose to connect so Caddy can send email for you.
• Basic technical logs (like errors and sign-in times) to keep the service running.

How we use it

• Only to run your desk: show your book, send reminders and emails you ask for, and support you.
• We don’t sell your data or your clients’ data, and we don’t share it for advertising.
• Each agent’s book is kept separate from every other agent’s.

Who else handles it

We use trusted service providers to host the app and database (for example, our hosting and database providers). They process data only to provide those services to us.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure. KBC GROUP LLC is not responsible for lost contacts, a glitch, or information that is leaked or shared from your desk. Please use a strong password and let us know right away if you think your account was accessed without permission.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your contacts at any time. To get a copy of your data or close your account, email us and we’ll take care of it.
